Thanks for your reply... The file was downloaded after opening it and contains two files on a flash drive, but it's not responding to the update.

The flash drive was installed, and before plugging in the power cord, the power button was pressed... it didn't respond... without pressing the power button... it still didn't respond

I recommend you use a USB drive no larger than 4G and then try with several USBs.

On the remote control, hold the Ok button with one hand and with the other hand, plug the TV cable into the power outlet.

هل الريموت التي تشتغل عليها تناسب الجهاز ام لا....لان الريموت التي من المفروض الاشتغال عليها تخالف ريموت فيستيل....تأكد من الريموت...في الغالب المشكل منه...سبق أن وقعت في هذا الفخ مع jvc وtoshibaالتي لا تتماشى مع باقي أجهزة فيستيل
