Hello dear colleague. I have a Samsung TV (see notes above) which blinks 1 time then pauses, blinks 1 time again and repeats this cycle continuously. The voltages have been measured and are good as written on the board. Please if any of my colleagues have any tested emmc content as well as spi+eeprom, post it on the forum.
