Today i got this to share.samsung UA46ES7500_This is a common problem for this mainboard BN41-01800A to do continuously booting.
this was solved by replacing WT61P806.
i used the external power 5V to power the WT61P806.5V is connected to the colector of regulator (IC203)
You can eighther use VGA ISP or EMMC ISP.connect your wires according to my picture.
RED and BLACK cables are external 5V power supply.Obvious RED is positive 5V.
YELLOW from RT809H , connects to SCL signal point (MAINBOARD(SCL)
RED from RT809H is connected to SDA signal point (MAINBOARD(SDA)
Copy the program from the original WT61P806(IC1204)After copying ,replace it with a new one and write
the program you copied.I hope it is understood.
