R5F100GEA READ AND WRITE

GREETINGs_peace and mercy be upon you my brothers.
the common problem for this board EAX64872104(1.0) ,is a failour of IC3000_(R5F100GEA).Most boards that uses this controller,got same problem aswell.
the tv wont show stby pilot.i replaced with anyone from a different board and programm,and the tv went on but there was no stby pilot light and HDMI could not work.can anyone help,which programmer is used to read and write this controller?

Thank you for your response .I got rt809h with the socket adapter for the controller ,but it can not read.
